Tai Chi Chuan - Qigong

Qigong (Chi Kung) has been practiced in China for over 4,000 years. The 18 Buddha Hands System Improves balance while increasing strength and flexibility.

Tai Chi Chuan is a slow form of martial arts that relaxes and strengthens the body, focuses the mind, and harmonizes the spirit.

Both Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong are powerful practices which replenish vital energy normally used up through the stresses of daily life and can bring improved health and longevity to the practitioner. 

Tuesdays - 10:00 - 11:30 am & 5:30 - 7:00 pm
